Policy |
DVD Conversions: By law we are
only allowed to make dvd backups of films which either you own or the rights to
the movie have expired. For every movie listed as being supplied by us we
believe the buyer is making a dvd backup. We might ask you this when
ordering.
Film copyrights: Our policy is to offer rare movies to
film enthusiasts who use our experience and knowledge of the internet
marketplace. We would never knowingly offer a movie to a customer if we
believed the title was on general release in that country. We may make the
occasional mistake but we work very hard to stay the right side of the law. Our
policy is based on the general acceptance of how the movie industry is changing
and from feedback received from major television companies. We have people in
the BBC and the BFI who regularly refer customers to us. We have also in the
past supplied these companies with films they did not have
themselves.
Postage and Packaging: In all cases where we quote a
price on this site, postage and packaging will be included for addresses
anywhere in the world. All orders are dispatched by first class post in the UK
and by airmail overseas. Proof of postage is always obtained. Vicpine Videos
will not be held responsible for items lost in the post. European customers
should allow 14 days for delivery. Customers outside Europe should allow 21
days for delivery however delivery times are usually much quicker than
this.
Returned Goods: If any item is found to be faulty it may be
returned to us for inspection. Items bought in error can be refunded at our
discretion and postage costs may be deducted. In all cases customers should
contact us before returning goods. The email address is

Item Descriptions: We use the
highest quality material to supply the best quality films. We only use the
sturdiest dvd cases with internal protection to ensure the film reaches you in
perfect condition. All transfers are made onto Sony dvd-r disks and burnt at
the slowest possible speed to avoid any possibility of errors. Any item which
arrives faulty will be immediately replaced.
Privacy: Your
details will never be passed to a 3rd party. You may occasionally hear from us
about updates to our website and new special offers available. |
