Fire! (1977)
Synopsis: Made-for-TV
disaster movie about a forest fire, started by an convict, which threatens to
engulf a mountain community. Expect lots of the usual mini-dramas and
characters saying, “Don't I smell smoke?” before the inferno arrives.
A better than average supporting cast — including tough-guy Ernest
Borgnine, Vera Miles, Patty Duke Astin (the Oscar winner from The Miracle
Worker) and even Ty Hardin, TV's Bronco Lane — is in the thick of
it.
