Listen To Me (1989)(dvd)

Synopsis: Roy Scheider oversees his bunch of squabbling students in a convoluted tale concerning a college debating competition. The final debate, on the morality of abortion, is due to be argued in front of Supreme Court judges, but this takes a back seat to the tribulations of the kids.

Kirk Cameron falls for pretty swot Jami Gertz; disabled dancer Amanda Peterson turns down jock Christopher Atkins; all events that conspire to result in a a very unhappy ending for someone.
