Synopsis: In the claustrophobic atmosphere of an all-girl's school at the beginning of the Second World War, two disparate pupils (Marie-Theres Relin — daughter of Maria Schell — and Tara MacGowran) strike up a friendship which is so close, the other schoolgirls and teachers (including Jenny Agutter) suspect “something is going on”.
