House of the Long Shadows (1983)(dvd)

Synopsis: Vincent Price, Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing and John Carradine team up for the first and last time in this miscalculated update of the creaky horror classic Seven Keys to Baldpate from director Pete Walker. Desi Arnaz Jr is the author who bets publisher Richard Todd he can write a novel in 24 hours while holed up in an eerie Welsh mansion populated by the celebrated foursome.

Tongue-in-cheek thrills and soft horror make little impact in a disappointing, camp-tinged romp that wastes the talents of all involved.
