Die Screaming Marianne (1970)

Synopsis: A sensational suspense thriller, filmed duringthe transitional period that took British director Pete Walker from skin flicks to cult horror films. The plot invovles a variet of shady characters trying to force dancer Susan George to reveal the number of a Swiss bank account.

Although crudely done by today's standards, some sequences have a certain noteworthy flair. The film was shot in around Walker's holiday retreat in the Algarve, which adds to the appeal.
